# The Remote Work Guide

Remote work is like Magic. Everyone knows and understands that working remotely can help you gain access to incredible talent, reduce costs, and get you tremendous advantage over your competitors in many other aspects.

However, mastering remote work is hard. At Pesto, I wouldn't say that we've been working remotely effectively. It's a learning curve that you'll go through just like everyone else.

We've decided to document all our learnings in this guide with much of the book written by Pesto CEO Ayush Jaiswal along with significant contributions from our team members and other Pesto graduates.

We'll navigate through all myths and look at ways of making ourselves and our team super productive on the way. **Let's get started!**
